Active Central MN encourages and supports wellbeing at the individual, organizational, and community level, and we enable economic benefits for stakeholders:

  • Active lifestyles benefit individual fitness and wellbeing.
  • Active employees increase organizational wellbeing through health and productivity.
  • Active organizations enhance our community wellbeing and prosperity.
  • Active communities experience overall wellbeing and economic benefits. In 2021, five events managed by Active Central MN engaged more than 3,600 participants. At an estimate of ~$300 per participant, these events generated more than $1 million in economic impact.

Volunteers

Active Central MN engages and supports local student clubs and non-profit organizations who volunteer to help with event setup, operations, clean up, and cheer zones. In some cases, clubs and organizations can raise funds and promote their causes through their volunteer activities with Active Central MN. The Gators are a year-round swim team for athletes ages 6 and older, from beginners to national caliber athletes.
